Here we have Borris, my VW T25 project started during the first lockdown, hence Borris. Interior consists of, beautiful Birch ply cabinets, designed in a way to save as much weight as possible. all doors and drawers are touch to open using Blum fittings and hinges. Dometic Crx50 fridge/freezer, Dometic hob and sink unit, trumen valve gas system for hob, filled with gas ready to go, fresh and grey water tanks. Ample storage throughout. 240 v hook up and 12v electrics with leisure battery connected with a split charger. LED lighting throughout. Brand new upholstery. 4 berth camper with full width bed in rigid pop-top and 3/4 width rusty Lee bed below.

3 point seat belts installed in for the rear seat, so can carry 2 in the back, even with child seats. Professionally resprayed in original VW paint colours LH5G medium blue and L90D pastel white. Original upholstery on front seats, which keeps this van looking retro. Both front seats are also swivel. Windows tinted lightly tinted, which looks good, keeps the heat out and gives some privacy. Fully sound deadened with silent coat, insulated using dodo mat extreme and dodo thermo fleece, this van is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Diesel parking heater installed for true winter camping.

This van is in amazing condition for a 38-year-old van. In two years’, time it will be classed as a classic vehicle and will be tax and MOT exempt.11 months MOT, this van has never been camped in and is ready to take the new owner on an adventure in style!

This van is a real head Turner and people always stop to admire and comment on it. It has had no expense spared to get it to this standard and is probably one of the best around. The engine and gearbox are perfect and run sweet, the chassis is in excellent condition as is the bodywork.Cambelt changed last year along with water pump, new diesel pump and fuel rails, stainless steel water pipes, 4 brand new tyres, brakes done all round, etc etc. Only 50, 825 miles on the engine. 1.6 diesel. Literally thousands of pounds passionately spent on this van and it has been a labour of love. I have hundreds of photos of the work that’s been done on this van and many many receipts, there is just too much to list on here! This is a truly collectable up and coming classic with all work carried out to a very high standard and I’m in no doubt that the first to see will buy, so come and grab a piece of history that will put a smile on your face.
