All internal built-in furniture and electrical work has been inspected and certified
safe.
About to be serviced and MOTd, will have MOT to the end of October 2024.
Shouldn’t need much more than a service and MOT for at least another five years.
Sleeps 4 (privacy curtain between the main bed and the rest of the van).
Three belted seats. Two keys. TomTom satnav. Compass.
Comes with pretty much everything in it! All you’ll need is your toothbrush, clothes,
water and food.
Ceiling, walls and floor are all very well insulated – this van is suitable for all year
round use. I was comfortable staying in it for 2 ½ weeks last Christmas/New year,
and I’ve added extra insulation to the ceiling since then! All the floor (including
under the bed) is covered in lino or carpet. Comes with 3 extra mats/rugs.
Weather shields on both front windows, and two (closeable) vents in the roof for
ventilation.
Bespoke triple-thick curtains to front, side, and rear for warmth/darkness, plus net
curtains all round for privacy/flies & mosquitoes.
Tons of storage! Storage area above front cab, storage ‘pockets’ all along both side
walls, three sets of drawers (one huge), plus 3 large areas under the bed. Also
plenty of hooks, rails, shelves, hanging poclets, and a large rack with rails above
the draining board.
Dokio portable solar panel (I use this inside the windscreen for security – just make
sure you park facing roughly south) with control/charging box, good selection of
charging cables and adaptors, two leisure batteries (linked) under passenger seats.
12V Alpicool frindge/freezer with added insulation. Insulated cool box.
Assorted rechargeable and battery-operated lights and lamps. Built-in lights in
ceiling and on roof (run off main batteries).
Bed (at rear) = 6’3” long, new (for van) memory foam mattress, fitted sheet, KS
duvet with 2x cover set (one winter, one summer), 4 pillows with covers, blanket.
Plenty of hooks for clothes on wall at foot end.
Sofa bed (at front), comes with two pillows, 2xsleeping bag (can zip together),
double sheet and pillow cases, blanket, + assorted cushions. Sofa bed can easily
be removed if you want to use the a van for moving something.
Portable gas cooker plus gas cannisters, comprehensive amount of kitchen
equipment (saucepans, frying pan, cooking tools, trivets, enough large plates, small
plates, bowls, cutlery, beakers and mugs for at least 4 people, 4 non-slip trays,
condiments, herbs & spices, etc etc), loads of plastic storage boxes. Two kettles
(one for use on fires).
Sink with grey water container (and a spare one), loads of room underneath for bins
etc, large storage pockets in curtains. Water dispenser and stand. Drinking water
containers. Lots of bungee cords. Water filter jug.
Upcycled caravan steps with door matting.
Bespoke collage/decoupage work throughout.
Comprehensive first aid kit. Golf umbrella for those rainy trips to the toilet block.
Assorted bath towels, beach towel, hand towels, tea-towels, flannels, cleaning
cloths etc. Two (plastic) mirrors.
Sewing kit, assorted games/toys etc, nature books, puzzles books, charging cables.
There are three large storage areas under the bed, containing:
Side (approx 4m x 2.8m) and rear awnings (plus extra tarps, ropes, pegs, tarp
clips etc). Camping table and 4 chairs. Sun lounger. Stool. Two fire pits (both
cookable on). Billy can. Wood and firelighters.
Portable toilet (with neutralising sachets), solar shower, small electric heater,
terracotta candle heater, long extention lead, assorted plastic bins, boxes and
basket.
Spare wheel, tool box (including special Ford sockets), emergency kit (reflective
Triangle, hi-vis vest etc), Haynes manual and original Owner’s handbook, jump
leads, battery charger, 12v compressor, 2x jerry cans, spare bulb set.
What still needs doing:
There are two (joined) leisure batteries under the passenger seats, two (joined)
main batteries under the driving seat, and an inverter attached to the wall behind
the driver. They all need to connected to each other with a split system charger
(cables for the inverter are present but not connected yet).
I was also going to get a caravan-style electric hook-up point fitted.
There is some superficial rust on the body work.
There are a few little bits inside that need tidying up.
Finances sadly forcing sale. All reasonable offers considered.
