Description
Brand new conversion just finished 26th August. Kitchen was professionally designed and fitted. Thetford Triplex 7200 oven and hob, Vitfrigo 12v compressor fridge with an external compressor mounted. A full Victron solar electric set up with 2x 175 Watt solar panels, 2x AGM Victron deep cycle batteries, Mppt, b2b charger and 500 Watt output inverter with electric hook up.
Fully integrated gas and electric Truma water boiler and space heater, holds up to 6 litres of very hot water. 70 litre internally fitted Fiamma water tank with a Shurflo water pump. Has a Maxx Air roof vent with temperature gauge and adjustable fan settings.
2 USB sockets attached to the 2 separate 240v sockets and an additional 240v socket in the kitchen area. Has 2 circuit breakers, one is connected from the hook up into the inverter, the second is from the inverter to the main 240v sockets and heater.
Has 2 lighting areas which use the 12v system and is Robus strip lighting, the kitchen area has a nice bright light and the living area has a warmer glow.
Has a trap door in the floor for a shower, can be pulled up the shower curtain and rail can be clipped on to the ceiling, the sink has shower on the tap which can be used as a extendable 1m shower hose. Also has a pull out drawer on wheels which can fit a portapotti inside.
Plenty of storage above the bed and a large cupboard also has a decent amount of drawer space. Has a foldable seating area to add the spacious living area also storage underneath.
