Vw Transporter T6 Kombi Dsg Campervan.

This is a factory vw transporter T6 kombi highline. Its now more of a simple camper, converted by me using tried and tested brands and products over the time I have owned it.

It was bought from a vw specialist with just a few hundred miles on it by my company in December 2017. I used it as my company car and gradually began the conversion in 2018 as I sold it to myself. It has not been used as a van, but for my work and leisure. I have the 2017 sale receipt. It inc rear carpet, side bars and westfalia removable towbar.

The van was serviced when under warranty by VW(3 yrs) and since then has been looked after by an independent specialist.

All servicing dates are available, last done in March 2026

I have paperwork, importantly confirmation of DSG service, cambelt 2022, EGR valve 2024.

The simple conversion works brilliantly, making it a really practical vehicle. I have the kombi seats so add a single or a double for say airport trips. (included in the sale) The rock and roll bed and poptop was installed by Vamoose. I went for extras like colour coding, lighting, awning rail and pop top bed with an insulated liner. There is also a table on the b pillar. I use the van for hobbies so roofbars(rated to 70kg) on the poptop was one of the main benefits.

The bed is comfy, allows storage underneath and long items to pass through. When installed the vamoose products were grey furniture board laminate, I changed to birch ply but have some of the original still.

There is no leisure battery, as the internal lights run off then van battery. I use a portable power bank to run plug in additional lights, kettle etc. (not included)

The driver and passenger seats swivel and are heated with armrests. Under the passenger side is an Alpine sub woofer/ amp. There is an Alpine head unit, door and A pillar speakers/ stage 1 soundproofing installed by specialists AIC in Bournemouth. This is way better than the factory unit and has apple car play for navigation.

There is a autoterm 2 kw diesel heater with comfort controller. This allows a timer to set to turn on and defrost for when you jump in, diesel from the van tank.

Vangear rear storage unit in hex ply. The DSG gearbox is excellent and allows coasting. Start/ stop.Euro 6 and ULEZ free. V5 in my name since 2018. 2 keys.

This is a great, honest van, it’s not perfect as it has been used and enjoyed since 2017 by me. Only selling as I have now retired and bought a younger one.
