VW T2 Bay- window Campervan 1972, with westfalia roof

Classic VW campervan. Transporter model 2 from 1972 bay window style with Westfalia roof. RHD. Has had lots of welding underneath including the replacement of the front beam last year, along with new shocks, anti roll bars, bearings and steering damper. 2 years ago had new drive shafts. Mechanically in working order but could do with rockers adjusting. Bodywork shows the age, however comes with a new door (£600 alone) and a replacement sill, with the other sill already having been replaced. Has original birth certificate as well as servicing manuals and literature from owners club.

Has been dry stored but had to take it down and don’t have the funds for a full respray so looking for new owner with enthusiasm to carry out the rest of the job.
