The Topaz was in its day the premium T4 option from Autosleeper based on the LWB van, is equipped with forward facing 3 point seat belts & 1 side facing lap belt. The front seats swivel to make a full size double with the dining area converting. In the kitchen there is a double gas hob & grill, a 3 way fridge (12v, 240v & gas) a sink with drainer and original chopping board. To the rear there is a wardrobe, a toilet, fold down sink and shower. The van has a 70L water tank and 30L grey waste tank.

In our ownership the van has been very well cared for and looked after. I myself have completed a lot of interior / cosmetic work to rejuvenate the van including:
Replaced carpet lining to the dining area
Wind deflectors added to cab
All Wheels sanded & painted
Lanoguard underbody seal applied
Spare wheel replaced
Rear bumper replaced
Curtains replaced (originals are available) – with matching cushions
Front speakers replaced
Stereo replaced
Net storage pockets to front doors
Carpet replaced on door pockets
Rear flexi replaced for gas bottles
Waxoyl applied to under arches for maximum protection against elements
New 80Ah Leisure Battery
New 12v USB-C / USB charging port added

In addition to this the van has benefitted from mechanical works such as:
new radiator, hoses, water pump
Recent full service including fuel filter & all timing belts
Service history is available for the majority of the van’s life.

The bad bits – full transparency… (these are reflected in the price. As a perfect example of a Topaz would now be north of £15k)
As you can see from the photos there is some rust in/around the sills & arches. This has been treated regularly and was present when I bought the van 2 years ago. It’s unsightly but not a major issue.
There has been some welding done in the past as highlighted at MOT. Again these have been professionally repaired and treated, not a major issue.
3rd gear synchro is worn, moving upwards through the gears is OK, however downshifting from 4th-3rd is difficult and requires dipping into 2nd first. This isn’t ideal but something I have gotten used to and not been enough of an issue to warrant a gearbox replacement.
Propex heater has not worked throughout our ownership. As we have used the van only during summer months it again has not been an issue we have sought to fix. We do have a small plug in electric heater which we will supply with the sale for use on hook up.

Genuine and honest van ready for plenty more trips. Reason for sale is we are expecting our second child in a couple of weeks and require something bigger. Happy to accommodate viewings during week / weekends. Please call for more info or to arrange a viewing.
