Lovely Van in excellent condition.

Owned by myself for approximately 5 years.
V5 documentation in my name and address.
I am a 63 yr old security engineer and have carried out all electrical work myself to ensure it is neat and reliable.
The Pop top was professionally installed by Custom Campers including stainless steel scissor hinges, grey scenic canvas, bed kit and deluxe mattress at over £3500.
Electrics ;
Solar panel and Victron Mppt unit. ( converts from Solar to 12v )
Victron12v Dc to dc charger ( charges leisure battery from Van alternator )
Victron battery monitor, all above controlled by Bluetooth.
110 amp gel leisure battery.
LED spotlights with dimmer switch.

Van has 12v fridge which is as new.
Cooker hob unit ( with gas regulator below) with integrated sink,12v water pump and tinted glass hinged lid.
Water tank under sink and waste tank below rear unit.
Rock and Roll bed/seat with rear seat belts
(Seat folds down to make a double bed).
Double passenger swivel seat as shown in photo.
Tinted side windows with drivers side slide opener.
Rear unit with tambour door and access doors from inside rear doors.
Diesel heater mounted below drivers seat.
Van is fully insulated and is kept in my garage when not in use. Some extras will be included with the van including portable toilet (as new never been used, only bought in case of an emergency 😊), windscreen blackout cover as new.
The van runs perfectly and has never let us down. As you can see the seats have no damage and are exceptionally clean.
Spent over £8000 on this van and have probably forgotten some items.
