A fully converted panel van, built for off-grid living. Looking for a new loving home (owner)!

Living space:

Living room lights inbuilt into ceiling, electrics control panel built into cabinet – split charger system inbuilt connected to large leisure battery with inverter (12V) for charging laptops or phone (the leisure battery gets fully charged on a long drive, so your electrics are always working). A cigarette lighter for fridge plug-in and voltmeter to monitor your usage. All electrics installed by a fully qualified electrician. Camping capabilites: electric hookup, mains fuse box. Inbuilt fold out bed fit up to two people with generous underbed storage. Inbuilt plastic cabinet with yellow vinyl. Gas cooker system inbuilt into cabinet with 3kg of butane gas stored in steel locker and secured to the floor with a drop air vent incase of leakage. A sink for washing up is inbuilt into the storage cabinet that has plenty of food storage space. Proper plumbing so no leaks when pulling the plug on your grey water. Fire alarm and campervan gas/carbon monixide detector. The van walls, floors and celing is triple insulated with van insulated foil, hydrophobic dacron and finished in black carpet.The floor finish is a new light blue, waterproof laminate and has an extra layer of MDF beneath the insulated layers. Removable tye-dye privacy curtains on both windows and to separate front from back. Insulated blinds for all windows including the driver’s area for warmth in Winter. Hanging removable wardrobe, secured to ceiling. There is a climber’s pull up board/hangboard above the floor. Extra storage for water storage at back. Comes with a plug in 20L fridge.
Berth: realistically sleeps one,but can sleep two people, I have often travelled with my partner and stayed in the van for up to a week at a time (before anyone gets annoyed about space!)

Cabin and engine specs:

2012 Citroen Dispatch for sale.I am selling my beloved campervan due to changing lifestyle and now only needing a car rather than a mobile home. Bought in 2020, the van inside was revamped into a beautiful, customized living area. She is in good shape, has a lush loving space. She has been recently serviced and does excellent for long-distance journeys and trips away.

New parts replaced : 4 new autogrip vanmax wheels, new clutch, timing belt replacement (10/2021), new windscreen,motor and wipers, engine oil and filter replacement, two new front wheel bearings, brake fluid change, new speed sensors, Coolant pump, coolant change, 2 front brake discs, front and rear brake pads replaced. Requires oil change this year, could do with new emissions pump,but otherwise a great runner, absolute workhorse that has been invested in heavily!
