Description
Ford Transit Custom (2014) camper conversion for sale. Reluctantly selling due to a growing family.
Bought in 2019 from the AA with 75,000 miles on the clock. Self-converted into a camper, now at 104,000 miles after many adventures around the UK and Europe.
The van is L1H1 and has been regularly serviced. There have been no mechanical issues during our ownership. Manual 6-speed gearbox and runs on diesel. Has 3x seats in the front (1 heated), air-con and bluetooth. 2 sets of keys.
The van is fully insulated and carpet lined. It has a 105Ah leisure battery that runs spot lights in the back, 2x 12V USB sockets and a fridge. There is an electric hook-up for 240V power at campsites.
In the back of the van is an L-shaped bench seat which converts into a double bed. There is a large storage area under one of the benches that we use to store bedding. 4 additional storage cupboards accessible from the bench/bed. There are also blinds for all the windows that we can include.
The kitchen is accessed from the back of the van and again has plenty of storage. You stand under the tailgate to cook so have some shelter! There is a double stove top (Cadac 2 Cook Pro) and a 12V fridge (Dometic).
Overall very cosy and a ready-to-go camper.
