Ford Transit Custom – 2.2L – 2 Berth

Ex AA fleet van. low mileage for yearrecently serviced and been well maintained by AA and by myself. MOT due in October but had no issues since purchase.perfect to drive as used as my daily vehicle.converted to camper but not changed with DVLA so can still be used to park in loading bays/ commercial vehicle bays – I’ll even leave the loading sign I made to help avoid any parking ticketsFull Bluetooth connectivity and music streaming via radio12v power available in rearheated front seatswill include all camping equipment with it in saleI converted this van myself and am sad to have to part with it but due to moving home and new restrictions in my building I can’t take my van with me.

This van is a dream to drive and has never caused me any problems. Sits on the motorway at 70 no problem if you need it but if you cruise at 60mph will return a decent mpg.I have had two trips away in it and the bed is more comfortable than the one you’ll have indoors I guarantee it. Memory foam mattress and just smaller than a UK double it can sleep 2 people no problem(I’m 5’6″) there is also a blackout curtain for privacyThere is also a storage/worktop that is fixed in place that has a four ring gas burner which sits on top. I will include this and the gas bottle that I’ve only used twice to boil the kettle.I am also including the Awning and windbreaker so who ever buys will be able to go and stay in the van straight away.I will also include the step and all the other camping equipment as without the van its no good to me and it is too good to throw away.

There’s 12v power in the back that’s connected via a relay switch to not drain main vehicle battery when parked up and is also able to be switched off for safety. all power is fused and grounded to vehicle. There is also a diesel heater connected up and wired through power unit with a separate diesel tank so you can monitor fuel levels easily. The heater is remote operated but will need an additional battery to be wired in parallel with the existing one. A leisure battery is 100 and easy to connect if you want to use it.you can see fro. the pictures it would suit a couple who are looking for a short break vehicle or a small family if you want to out kids in a tent just outside van.being ex AA fleet there is a top spec tow bar at the rear of the vehicle with electrics etc.some slight cosmetic damage to bodywork but nothing inconsistent with wear and tear.any questions or viewing cans be arranged, Smoke free, Pet free.
