Description

Here for sale is my Fiat ducato lwb camper van.

Since owning the van its been perfect, never missed a beat. Very reliable, it can sit on the drive over the winter months and start 1st time without hesitation in the spring time.

The van started out as a builders van and was then converted by the pervious owners to quite a high standard in all fairness. Very well insulated. It keeps cool in summer and stays warm in winter. All electrics, water and gas you’d need.

The van is still registered as a van, the only thing missing off the dvla’s checklist to register the van as a “motorcaravan” is campervan style stickers. I was going to do this but adrian flux gave me a better quote with their self build campervan policy so I never felt the need to do so.

119k on the clockApproximately 11months MOT

5 seats with seat belts, front passenger seats swivel round.

2 full size double beds

12v electrics from the leisure battery and 230v sockets from the mains hook up

Kitchen sink with hot and cold water

Double gas hob

3way fridge

Diesel heater

Gas boiler for hot water

Shower

Porta potty

Extractor fans and sunlight

Fixed awning rail

Huge full size roof rack

Kenwood double din headunit with Bluetooth music.

Plenty of storage space in cupboards and under bed.

Large water tank, leisure battery and all electrics are also under the bed.

The engine runs great and pulls very well. The van has no problem with power, specially for the size of van and weight.

There’s a fair bit of dents and scrapes from its previous life as a builders van but nothing too bad. These vans were galvanised from factory so they all struggle with paint peel. The previous owner has done a good job of raptor painting the van and helps add to the campervan looks. The rear doors were changed at somepoint also hence the Peugeot boxer badge on the rear.

Bad bits**
Fridge is temperamental. Works for a day or so then stops
Handbrake doesnt do much at all.
Sills have been welded before my purchase however I recently i put my head under to find theres quite abit of rust. It will require more welding again in the future for definite.
The van has been sat for a while now, I took it on a quick drive to free the brakes up etc, noticed alittle bit a squeal on the back but might be abit of build up since its been sat for a long time, Stopped brilliantly however.
Again, its been sat awhile so will need a general tidy up, service etc.

Please feel free to ask any questions. All visits and inspections welcomed.

Many thanks
