2008 2.3 Iveco Daily Campervan Extra Long Wb Ateam Van Life Off Grid

My recently finished campervan is up for sale
Long process to build her and I’ll try to give the description the best I can but please if there’s anything I leave up pop me a message
The van was stripped out cleaned floor walls and roof were rubbed down and rust treated and red oxides to prevent future issues insulated with celotec. Walls with recycled plastic insulation to prevent future damp issues.
The van has
12v 2 way extraction fan with light
A pop up skylight over the fixed double bed
Hot shower and sink in bathroom with toilet the bathroom ventilation comes on when you put lights on
4 ring gas cooker top
Gas Oven
12v fridge
Kitchen sink with tap
4 seater settee area
Seat at the slider door with pop up table
Massive pullout sliding table
Projector in the bed area
Storage under and over settee area
Storage over kitchen area
Storage in overhead cab
And a huge boot space under the bed with access from the inside
Diesel heater heats the living area and the shower room so it doubles as a drying room and has a extractable washing line to hang clothes
the boot is
Massive water tank
12v quiet water pump
There is a gas bottle system in gas safety box with dropout vents
And dropout vents along the whole system
Electrical system
New 200ah lithium battery
Renogy battery to battery charger to charge the van while it’s running
The mmpt controls the 420w solar panel and charges the battery up
There is and inverter to run the projector and a toaster ect that 1500 and 3000 peak
The cockpit has been spruced up a bit from standard with a reverse camera seat covers gearstick and handbrake covers and the ceiling has been retrimmed matching the rear
On the outside
The van has near new all terrain tyres and a spare matching rim and tyre mounted on the rear door.
There is a 20l jerry can mounted to the rear door with a lock for carrying fuel for the diesel heater
There are mounted chock boards on the side of the van if you get stuck in the mud or need to balance the van on uneven ground
The water filler is on the side to top up fresh water with a gauge to see when it’s full half a tank lasts weeks
There is a rhino ladder on the side to enable you to clean the solar panel
Spot light on the front roof to aid in parking in poor lighting
There is a visor above the screen and on the side windows it has wind deflectors
I built this for me and my wife to move into and live full time with our 2 dogs but plans have changed
so there are 2 dog flaps for small dogs and a rail that goes across the doorway to prevent escape if needed
The engine runs very well and I have had no issues
The last MOT was a heavy one and most of the front end was replaced at a cost of over 3000 rust was dealt with brakes handbrake all sorted

I’ve done hardly any miles since then the whole thing is a fresh build

The only issue is the central locking opens on the fob but you have to lock with the keys
I haven’t solved this issue
