1988 VW T25 HOLDWORTH CAMPER, CLEAN AND ORIGINAL,NEW ENGINE, GOOD RUNNING ORDER

1988 VW Holdsworth factory camper in unrestored good running order. Factory converted from new by Holdsworth, it’s their Villa 3 spec

Full professional camping interior includes three way fridge, gas cooker, portaloo under the rear seat, elevating roof, leisure battery, external power hookup, petrol Webasto night heater, underfloor water tank. Front chairs swivel around for dining. Elevating roof so can sleep two upstairs. All original and in working order. Still have the original Holdsworth manual which explains how it all works.

Mechanically it’s in great order, I am using it as my daily driver. Water cooled flat four engine, had a replacement fitted before my ownership, runs really well. Rear brake hubs recently replaced. Looks like it has had new front to rear coolant pipes fitted. Tyres are all recent with lots of tread. Also has a towbar fitted to pull a camping trailer.

Incredibly solid underneath, chassis and sills in excellent condition. Doesn’t look like it’s ever needed welding. A few patches of grubbiness around the arches but previous owner and I have kept on top of it. Still looks presentable but would look even better with some detailing. I have been gradually working my way around it tidying it up so it looks better than in the photos now.

If you are looking for a rock solid T25 that has scope to improve this is ideal. Mechanically and structurally A1 but needs a bit of tidying to make perfect. Its not some DIY conversion job, it’s a proper Holdsworth conversion so done properly. In two years time this will be historic so kiss goodbye to tax and MOT’s!

Only selling as I have accumulated too many cars and bikes and need to thin the collection.
